With MyChart you can:
• View your health information
• Stay in touch with your physician
• Manage your appointments
• Access your family's health information
You must first create an account through your healthcare provider in order to access your information through MyChart. If your healthcare provider is not listed, or if you require support accessing your existing account, contact them directly about accessing your account through the MyChart app.

I live by this App! I love being able to access my lab results, in most cases, before I see my doctor because then I can prepare my questions for him. I also like that I can see all my appts and receive reminders of my appts!!!

Great, quick results at your fingertips. Easy to get an idea where things are headed if you have a chronic condition and frequent tests. Also love the reminders and the Rx re-ordering feature. Seems to work fairly seamlessly with Epic. :)
